Founded in 1994, this company was built on the principles of integrity, trust and transparency with both our clients and employees.
Unfortunately, in our business there are a lot of “unscrupulous” actors who come and go year after year. At Primero Systems, we like to believe that our longevity is a strong indication that we’re doing things right!
But just surviving for 25 years isn’t the whole story. Our roster of clients and employees who have been with us 10, 20 and even 25 years speaks volumes.
We started with our first client 25 years ago, and we’re proud to still claim them as a client to this day! Over the years, they’ve survived various mergers and acquisitions and we’ve been with them every step of the way. We now work in multiple divisions within that corporation.
That’s not our only long-term customer though, that’s just the beginning. We have multiple customers who have been with us for one to two decades. In some cases, we have clients who switch jobs and continue to bring us into their new work environments as they know we can be trusted to deliver.
As you know, the only reason a company would stick with us year after year, decade after decade is because we ALWAYS deliver on our promises. Our customer relationships are our most treasured company asset.
It’s not just our customer relationships that make us different, it’s also our employee relationships that set us apart.
Our CEO and COO started the company 25 years ago, while our President and CTO have been with the company for over 20 years. Beyond that, we have a full roster of incredibly talented support staff, engineers, analysts, QA and others, many of whom have been with us up to 5, 10, 15 and 20 years.
Much like our clients, we know that the only reason employees remain with us for so many years is our shared set of values and commitment to "doing-the-right-thing-always." Our executive team may have been around for decades, but it’s the rest of the team that really makes Primero Systems special.

Relationships built on mutual respect and integrity are what keep our company afloat. We don’t take on too many new customers per year, but those that we do choose to work with are those that share a common vision of building a mutually-beneficial, long-term relationship.
Let’s face it. Software projects can be long and wrought with difficult choices and decisions. It is absolutely critical to us that we have an open and honest relationship that demonstrates a mutual commitment to integrity, trust and respect.
